We talk a bit about your home, where you are in your selling journey and arrange a time for a free consultation visit. This is a nice opportunity to answer any questions you may have and get an idea of how we can help you prepare to sell your home for more.
02 WE POP ROUND
Visiting your home in person is free and important. Walking through with you space by space, allows us to gain a deep understanding of where exactly we can help attract your buyers. We’ll take photos and dimensions where appropriate. We’ll discuss any parameters we need to work within, such as your timeline and budget.
03 WE PLAN
We’ll combine the information from our visit with recent local property sales data and target buyer insights to form our recommendation and quote. Each proposal is different but the goal is unanimous and unwavering – help prepare to sell your home for more.
04 WE IMPLEMENT
With your go-ahead, we get to the best part. We’ll return to implement everything agreed in your proposal. We’ll ensure this ties in seamlessly with your timeline discussed with your agent. And we’ll do it all with our buyer goggles on.
